>.< I need to stop changing my mind so frequently, or i will run out of HECS and have no degree to show for it. Ooops.
I went shopping today with my mother and got material for a new corset- it's a cream and navy stripe, with the navy thinner than the cream. A little stretch in it, but it should work out just fine, with black lining that we might use as a bit of a ruffle (?) along the top instead of lacem, as i am not a fan of lace. Itchy.
Oh! I also got some cotton for a chemise... only we're cutting it off halfway down, so it will be a very full, uniftted... shirt... type thing. Fun times.
And the last of a few brass buttons i found at the haberdashery. I'm not sure what use they'll be put to, but it will be a most important job, I'm sure.
Soon i will have photos of corsety goodness, witha bit of steampunk influence ^_^
Also, there's a hardware store that sells copper tubing for cheap! Well, relatively cheap, anyhows. Saves a trip to the metal merchants, anyhow. I'm thinking of making a chandelier (or the like) from an old harvesting steel plate beads and copper twirly pieces.
It will be singularly impractical. Joy.
In... five days i go to the goldcoast for fun times and the like. It will be hot and sunburn-y. woo!
Hopefully before than i will have fanarts to upload from various fanart worthy projects.
Oh, pron.
